About Mr. Lindner

Justin Lindner, OTR/L, CHT is an Occupational Therapist and a Certified Hand Therapist. He obtained a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2012. He is a member of the UOTA and the ASHT. He is also registered with the NBCOT. 

Justin earned the rare Certified Hand Therapist credentials in 2017. The process of certification required 5 years of licensure and documentation of at least 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience in order to sit for the Hand Therapy Certification exam. Justin was among the 58% of test-takers who passed on the first try that year.  

Justin was then recruited by Utah Orthopaedics to design and run a state-of-the-art hand therapy program. He now enjoys providing the best upper extremity care to people with all kinds of post-operative and conservative needs. He is committed to helping his patients understand their conditions and treatments. Justin uses leading hands-on/manual therapy, cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques, custom splinting, adaptive equipment training, and more to restore his patients’ abilities to use their hands again. His patients report having fun, learning, and laughing a lot during their treatment sessions! 

Justin loves spending time with his wife, their 3 young children, and friends. He coaches his kids’ soccer teams and follows Real Salt Lake. He enjoys serving in his church, gaming, yoga, guitar, comedy, writing, and going to movies.
